Once you place your model order and approve the design, we make your miniature. Standard models are dispatched within five working days after design approval.

Do I need photos to start?
Photos help us understand your home, but you can start without them. For a call, you can add up to 5 photos when booking or later from your account. You can also add photos to your free enquiry.
Can I request an apartment building model?
You can ask about an independent house, row home or apartment building. Share photos and we’ll confirm which parts can be included, the model size and price.
What is the 3D house model price?
Standard models have an 8 × 8 inch base (20.3 × 20.3 cm) and start from ₹4,999. Larger and Custom models are priced after we review your home and the details you want. We confirm the final model details and price in your quote.
When will my house model be dispatched?
Standard models are dispatched within five working days after you approve the design. Dispatch means handing your model to the courier; delivery time depends on your location. For Larger and Custom models, we confirm the dispatch time in your quote.
When will I receive my free quote?
For a complete request, we send a free quote within two working days, Monday–Friday. If we need more details or another design check, we contact you with a question or next step within the same window.
How does the paid expert call work?
A 30-minute expert phone call costs ₹999 including 18% GST. Pay to book, then we’ll contact you to fix a call time. Contact us to change the time; one reschedule is free. The call fee is not refunded if you cancel. If we cannot provide the call, our team arranges a full refund.
How does the ₹999 house-model coupon work?
After your completed paid call, you get a ₹999 coupon for one house model order. It is linked to your account and can be used once. Share it with our team when you place the model order and we’ll apply the discount. If you do not order a model, the call costs ₹999.
